This policy explains what information Favaellar Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects when you interact with our WhatsApp booking assistant, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Your WhatsApp number. Provided automatically by WhatsApp when you message us — we do not ask for it separately.
  • Your WhatsApp display name, if your profile provides one.
  • Booking details you provide: the service you choose, your preferred date and time, and — for on-site consultations — your address and any access notes.
  • Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
  • Marketing consent status — whether you have opted in to occasional seasonal updates, and the record of that choice.

How we use it

  • To create, confirm, reschedule and manage your bookings.
  • To process deposits and payments for services.
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, and — only if you have opted in — occasional marketing messages.
  • To resolve issues if you contact us for support.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your information to third parties.
  • We do not send marketing messages unless you have explicitly opted in.
  • We honour STOP requests immediately — reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from marketing messages. This does not affect your ability to book or manage appointments.

How long we keep it

We retain booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide our service and meet accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. See our data deletion page for how to make that request.
