Requesting Deletion of Your Data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

How to request deletion

1. Message our WhatsApp number and tap "Talk to a person", or send any message asking for your data to be deleted.
2. Alternatively, email darylykl@gmail.com with the WhatsApp number your bookings are under.
3. We will confirm your identity and process the request within a reasonable time.

What gets deleted

Your contact profile, booking history, and address details associated with your WhatsApp number. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, for tax or accounting purposes) may be retained for the minimum period required by law, after which they are removed.

Opting out of marketing without full deletion

If you only want to stop receiving marketing messages but keep your booking history and account, reply STOP to any message from us. This takes effect immediately and does not require a full deletion request.
